Full-price items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, or for store credit within 30 days.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the correct item on our website.
SALES & PROMOS
We issue a store credit only for items that have been marked down - including sitewide sales and promotional bundles.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
We are unable to accept returns for final sales items.
PRODUCT CONDITION
All items must be returned in their original plastic packaging and all tags attached, in its original unwashed, unworn condition with no makeup stains, perfume scent, or pet hair.
